Bird Watching

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would have to say this week has been a 1. One Lord. One Savior. One way to get through a hard week, ONE day at a time with the Lord.
I am so glad the birds are back full force at the feeders now. I have enjoyed watching them the last few days.
If the rest of the winter is going to be like the last two days, those little boys and girls are going to eat a 5 pound bag of black seed every day.

Beautiful pictures, Russ. I have a yard full of birds today, too. Guess the snow has driven them to seek easy feeding!
Hope your next days are better.
Hi Emily. We have a bunch of birds too. I have 4 blue birds feeding on a suet and berry block hanging in the pecan tree. I like to take pictures of the birds but can’t get one of these guys. They are to fast.
I love to read this blog and hope you keep it going. I always looked forward to reading Mrs. Crumly’s articles when she wrote for newspapers. Although I am a generation or two behind her, I remember a lot of the things she wrote about.
Thanks for bird pictures. I like to take pictures of the many birds enjoying our feeders. Wish I could get pictures of the blue birds – they are my favorites, but they move too fast.
