WAR EAGLE!!!!

Yep I’m 85 years old and something about this ‘puter is out of whack, but I just have to say I’m still an Auburn fan. That has to be one of the best games of this fall. Now I did pull fer Georgia a few weeks ago when Auburn won – one of our girls graduated from University of Georgia. I got so excited watching the game I couldn’t knit and I always watch a game and knit at the same time, but this time I made such a mistake that I had to ravel some of hit out, so I jist put the knittin’ away. I jist know’d they’s agoin’ into overtime when that young man run all the way down the field. Wow!!

Now I “try” to pull fer Alabama in other games, but when hit comes to Auburn (or Georgia and now they don’t even play Georgia) I’m on the other side. Hit’s good fer Alabama to get beat — everybody needs to taste defeat now and then. Them young men need to feel what hit’s lack — they ain’t gonna always sail through life without some defeats and they might as well learn about hit while they’re young.
