We just recently got it registered as a Century Heritage Farm. When we first move back here, we were much younger and could keep the brush beat back. Now, time has come when we can no longer do that. I so hate to see the privet hedge take over. What a shame it was ever introduced in this area. Like kudzu, it is tenacious.

These high winds and heavy snows have caused more trees and limbs down and I’ve spent more time along the fence lines. So, I really can sympathize with you.
