1 12 oz. container whipped topping

1 3 oz. box of gelatin

1 small can mandarin oranges

The good thing about this is that all you do is soften the topping, drain the oranges and then just fling it together. Chill before serving — I usually make mine the day before.

Ann, Would you believe I did an internet search on Kay’s Delight and Billie Crumly and found the recipe.
I can just hear Mother saying, ‘How does it know?”

I will keep a watch for it. I would love for us to have a search engine on this site and woundn’t an index to recipes be a blessing. I too would like to find some of them and have to search as all the recipes are not in the Kitchen area. Major undertaking but Mother always said “The best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time!” Guess we need to get to biting.

Country living is the BEST!! We are BLESSED to have grown up here & to have returned here to live again later on in our lives. I would like to re read the blog that included the recipe for the Granddaughter’s gelatin salad recipe that included cottage cheese. I do not know how to locate that specific one. Thank you.
