I certainly don’t feel like a rock. God has blessed both of us with the ability to handle what comes our way. Sometimes good and sometimes, well, who knows. In this situation there are so many unknowns but I am a true optimist and I know the mettle of the two older ones and us two younger ones. Amazing the strength of character that God has blessed us with. Love my lil’ sis and my parents. My sweet hubby even came over and helpes get a giant potted plant lifted and more dirty put in, then he pressure washed the house and it does look better. There is a real story about this sweetheart too. Not sure it will ever be told but he was my high school sweetheart and the best of the best. Yes My Marine. Love you sis, mother and daddy. Those silly nurses asked if mother and I were sisters. Just have to laugh and go on. Might as well agree with them. Now when daddy told the doctor they had been married 67 years, I just said “I hope it has been a little longer than that as I am now 67!” Life is full of little things. Might as well laugh because it makes you feel better.
