And I can’t imagine how hard it was for my mom when I was born. no electricity,no washing machine, no running water (fact water had to be hauled by barrel and slide pulled by a mule from neighbor’s dug well as the water at home was mineral and turned everything brown). We definitely have come a long way, some for better some for worse, I am afraid.
