They make terrific wedding gifts. Cost is $35 for first 5 letters and $5 per letter after that. Just let me know the deadlines that you have. As sister has just had one framed, I am aghast that that the framing is so very expensive. Of course, we take after our mother who liked expensive things. We always want a dark mat to show up the name and of course double matted after that first full size mat. So I guess we are really paying for lots of mat board but I did not realize the cost has gone so high. But then there is labor. We had a family friend who did framing for years and he was such a wonderful precision framer but he has taken in his shingle. I would gladly pay him twice as much as before but I think he is just tired of fooling with it. I don’t believe he really needed the money at all. Just wonder if my sweetie could make us some frames? I guess the original supplies would be costly just to get started but I suspect it would be a saving in the long run. Perhaps he could have a little framing business. I would probably have to cut the mats but that would be OK too.
